Massage is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body with the hands for healing, therapeutic, pleasurable and relaxing effects. Whether you need a deep tissue massage to release muscle tension and help reduce stress, or you want something to relax or stimulate you, at Life & Soul Empowerment we offer the choice to suit most situations.
Basic Massage uses just a carrier oil and you choose whether you want a light touch or deep tissue massage (this is often referred to as Swedish Massage). You can choose from either of:
- full body massage where your whole body (except your intimate areas) is massaged, finishing on your head and face.
- back, neck and shoulder massage where just those areas are massaged but again finishing on your head and face.
