From time to time we may use this information to provide you with relevant information we think would be of particular interest. At a minimum we will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving such direct marketing. We will follow local requirements, such as allowing you to opt in before receiving unsolicited contact, where applicable.
If you would prefer not to receive marketing information, our newsletter, invitations to seminars, updates on developments and such like, then email us here.
We use information we hold about you to monitor the use of the Life & Soul Empowerment site and to keep records of traffic flows to the site. Cancellation Policy
With exception of personal tragedy/bereavement/emergency* we require 48 hours notice to cancel a session for it to remain valid and for you not to incur an administration charge. If you give us between 24 & 48 hours notice this charge will be 50% of the session fee (based on a standard rate). Failure to give more than 24 hours notice will mean the full session fee is payable.
*Please call as soon as you know you cannot make a session.
Phoning You
If you would like us to call you for a coaching session or a reading then we are happy to do so free of charge if we are calling your mobile on WhatsApp, however if you require a call to a landline we can call for free to the following countries and on mobile where stated. We can also do a zoom or WhatsApp video call.
